CONCORSO ITALIANO Again Returns to Monterey Car Week

Here’s Colleen and I sharing the details about this fabulously elegant, and rare, DeTomaso Longchamp GTS Spyder at last year’s Concorso.

It is once again my privilege to serve as Master of Ceremonies for this marvelous, motorized celebration of Italian Style, something I’ve done for several years in a row now.  My A-#1 Wing woman at the mic will be Classic and collector car influencer and dealer Colleen Sheehan, with a lifetime background in exotic and racing cars, Colleen is more than equipped for this role.  Our combined responsibility is to provide commentary and set the pace for the awards presentation.  Who doesn’t want to stand in front of a constant parade of great Italian hardware, hand out trophies, and talk cars with several thousand of our closest friends.  All of the latest info and access details are outlined just below, and what you don’t find here, you’ll find on the events’ websites.  If you’re coming to Monterey Car Week, you owe it to yourself to spend the day with us at Concorso.  You’ll enjoy yourself, certainly run into people you know, and celebration motorized Italian Style and automotive greatness.

Please join us,

Matteo

Dear International Car Week Community,

We’re getting closer to Monterey Car Week. Plans are being announced, schedules are filling up, tickets are being secured (lock yours in before prices increase!) and accommodations are being booked. And if you’re still looking for a place to stay, let us know after you have registered and we can share our exclusive room blocks.

Monterey Car Week is a time to celebrate both innovation and heritage—to honor the cars, people, and stories that continue to shape automotive culture. At Concorso Italiano (Saturday, August 15, 10-4pm) and The Paddock Monterey (Friday, August 14, 3-8pm), you’ll find exciting new experiences alongside celebration of the milestones and traditions that have made these events special for decades.

As we countdown to August, we’d like to start with a heartfelt thank you to those returning once again to make both events a highlight of Monterey Car Week. To show our thanks, we’ll select someone at random who reshares posts made on Facebook (herehere) and Instagram (herehere) between now and July 5. If your accounts are private, please send a screenshot of the shared posts to media@internationalcarweek.com.
